Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai
Arrive in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra, India. Upon arrival in
Mumbai, Royal Indian Tour representative will greet and assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. And spend rest of the day in visiting the some attractions of Mumbai. You may visit to the Gateway of India, Kamla Nehru Park or others. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Mumbai - Cochin - Periyar
Today you will be taken out to the Mumbai Airport to board flight for Cochin - one of the most important cities of Kerala, South India. Upon arrival in Cochin you will be directly transferred to Periyar by Royal Indian Tour representative. Periyar lies in the shade of Cardamom Hills. Periyar is famous for Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Periyar Lake. It is also known for tea-gardens, rubber estates, and spice plantations. Upon arrival in Periyar you will be accommodated at pre-decided hotel. Later visit the resident of Vaidya (Ayurveda Doctor) for consultation. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03 - Day 09: Periyar
From day 03 to day 09 you will stay at this specific hotel. These seven days are for your Ayurveda Therapy and Spa Treatment. Your diet will be according to the resident doctor. You will have to avoid alcohol, smoking, etc during this period for best result. Your diet will be also vegetarian. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco should be avoided avoided. Ayurveda and Spa Treatment involve yoga, meditation, herbal massages, steam baths, etc. If you follow all the instructions given by Vaidya, you will feel refreshed, recharged, more energetic, and rejuvenated after seven days Ayurveda and Spa treatment.
Day 10: Periyar
Today Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy is over. Have a relaxed ayurvedic breakfast at the hotel. And spend this day
in relax to re-adjust your body after seven days Ayurveda and Spa treatment. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11: Periyar - Cochin
This is the last day at Periyar of your Spa and Ayurveda Tour. Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy boat ride over the water of Periyar Lake to see the wild attractions of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. If time allows you may go to see tea-estates and rubber-estates. Afternoon you will be taken out to Cochin and on arrival accommodated at pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 12: Cochin
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on short tour of Cochin. Visit to Mattancherry Dutch Palace, Fort Cochin, and Chinese Fishing Nets. After farewell dinner at the hotel you will be promptly transferred to the airport to board flight for your home destination.
