Day 01: Arrival at Guwahati

Welcome to Guwahati, the capital of Assam, India. Upon arrival in Guwahati, Royal Indian Tour representative will greet and assist you to transfer you to the designated hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 02: Guwahati - Jorhat
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken out for Jorhat. Jorhat is 207 km away from Guwahati. Jorhat is known as the Tea Capital of Assam. Upon arrival at Jorhat - the Tea Capital of Assam, Royal Indian Tour representative will assist you to accommodate you in the Thengal Mansion, a historic ancestral house of a Tea Planter amidst an Assamese Village. The 72 year old Thengal Mansion shows the Assamese culture and tradition. After lunch, you will be taken out for a walk to the nearby village to see the simplicity of their lives. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Jorhat.

Day 03: Jorhat - Sibasagar - Jorhat
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Sibasagar to visit the remains of Ahom Kingdom who governed Assam for 500 years before giving it to British. Visit to Tai Ahom Museum and the Maidams (Mummy like structures) of Ahom kings Burial grounds at Charaideo. By nightfall return back to the hotel in Jorhat. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04: Toklai Research Station, Kaziranga National Park
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel, visit the Toklai Research Station to know everything and anything about tea plantation. After lunch at Jorhat, you will be taken out for Kaziranga National Park. Upon arrival, Royal Indian Tour representative will assist you to transfer you to the tourist lodge.

Day 05: Kaziranga
After an early morning breakfast at the lodge, enjoy Elephant Safari to explore the central range of Kaziranga

National Park. Enjoy Jeep safari on return to exploring the eastern range of the park. Have lunch at the lodge. Later explore western range of Kaziranga National Park on Jeep. At Kaziranga you will have opportunity to see one horned rhino. By nightfall return back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 06: Kaziranga-Guwahati
Have an early morning breakfast at the lodge and then drive to Guwahati, the capital of Assam, India. Upon arrival in Guwahati, Royal Indian Tour representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. In the evening enjoy boat cruise over the water of mighty Brahmaputra River. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 07: Departure
Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. And spend rest of the day till departure for your return journey in shopping or in your own personal leisure activities.
