The 72 year old Thengal Mansion shows the Assamese culture and tradition. After lunch, you will be taken out for a walk to the nearby village to see the simplicity of their lives. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Jorhat.
Early morning have a pleasant morning walk through the greens of tea-plantation. After a hearty breakfast at the bungalow, you will meet a tea-garden manager or any concerned person to know about tea-plantation. Later you will be taken out to visit tea-workers villages to know and admire their simple lifestyle. In the evening enjoy “Jhumur” dance.
