: Kanyakumari Temple is the most popular landmark in Kanyakumari. Don’t miss to visit this temple during your tours to Kanyakumari. Located on the seashore of Kanyakumari, this temple is dedicated to virgin goddess - Devi Kanyakumari. One can see the black image of Devi Kanyakumari bearing a garland inside this temple. Non-Hindus are not allowed in this sacred temple.
Vivekananda Rock Memorial: It is also the major tourist spot in the holy city of Kanyakumari. It is a rock memorial dedicated to Swami Vivekananda, India’s a great social reformer and patriot who sat here on a rock and meditated for the whole night for India’s past and future.
